All Aboard !!! :D

All aboard the Polar Express !!!

A few days before Christmas Daddy surprised our

little man with some tickets to go ride the Polar Express train,

just like in his favorite movie! :D

It was a long drive &we weren't sure we'd make it but

we managed to get to the train station just in time

to pick up our tickets, find our cart &seats &get settled in. :)

It was all definitely worth seeing the look on David's face when the train blew

it's whistle and puffed smoke even from the parking lot!

He kept yelling ALL ABOARD!, CHOOCHOO!, TRAIN!

&making steam noises.. XD

He definitely knows his trains lol.

Hubby &I had never been on a real train either so we were just as excited!

You're encouraged to wear your pjs just like in the movie which little

man did, I wish we had! Sure will next year..

We'll definitely be going again :D

 It was so neat just like the movie they had "chefs" sing the Hot Chocolate song

&bring everyone big mugs of cocoa and whip cream! :)

 We got to keep the mugs too! :D

This was when we got to the end of the track to see the North Pole!

Santa &his Elves were outside waving!

Then Santa climbed aboard with a few silly Elves to tell all the

kiddos hi &give them a little silver bell,

again, just like in the movie!

 ^Bubba had started fussing, this was when he spotted Santa!

He's never met Santa so he wasn't 100% sure what to think :P

 FYI David just had to bring his own little train!

Daddy got him a conductor hat with the Polar Express train

on the front(which he's worn constantly since) &a train coloring book!

And of course Mommy &Daddy got our complimentary

mugs &to see our little man as happy as he's ever been!

after our trip :)

Well that was our family Christmas trip :)

Going to try to do something like this every year :D

Can't wait to see what we come up with next year!
