BEWARE, long post!
So I've been wracking my brain lately thinking over some things..
(is it wracking or racking??)
Figured it might be easier just to blog a post to get all these thoughts out in the open.
Help me organize my brain a little better. :)
Over the last few weeks I've been obsessed with Netflix &it's massive amount of documentaries.
I loveee documentaries not sure why. Just like when I go to the library,
you're more likely to find me looking at non-fiction books because I love to learn new things. :)
So throughout my Netflix adventures I've especially favored the Food documentaries.
Not like "Oh you're a fat kid watching TV about food.",
more like "Oh these people are Vegetarians or Vegans that's pretty cool, aw that poor cow.."
I've also been a big library fan and Google-master here lately doing my research. :D
Thoughts at this point are as followed:
1. How have I managed to eat meat this long after watching those I am quite disgusted.
2. Why in the world have I been feeding my child the same things.
3. Wow I wonder how much healthier I'd feel if I quit eating all that junk(not just meat, but also processed junk, dairy, etc. included.)
4. They must be like "ninja-mentally strong" to do what they did, I'm a wimp there's no way..
Realizations:
1. I don't really even eat meat that often as it is because every time I do I get a stomach ache soon after.
2. I don't really like eggs except occasionally anyway.
3. Half the time I sound preggo because I get a swift headache when I smell meat cooking followed by nausea, or seeing it raw sometimes even cooked, grosses me out.
3b. This does not always apply I.E. Chik-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Sonic, Chinese food, the list goes on.
4. MAYBEE I should give this a try..
