Cake Tasting :D

Last week my best friend &I went cake tasting for her upcoming wedding! :D

I've never been so it was something new &we had lots of fun.

1. Cakes are freaking expensive! To each his own but my goodness I couldn't pay an arm &a leg for a cake. She didn't end up getting one here though!

2. Logan came with us &was so well behaved! He's such a good kid. :) &He definitely put his 2¢ about which cake he liked, boy has good taste!

3. I won't say anything about the cake itself cause that would ruin the mystery till the wedding! BUTTT the flavor we liked most was UHMAZING. And the cake design she wants is so pretty! My bestie also has awesome taste. :D

Cloudy Day Shenanigans :P

So today's weather is quite cloudy &dreary.. :(

From what I hear it is also cold but I haven't ventured out so I wouldn't know.
( UPDATE: liesss it is muggy and hot >:( )

David's napping and me &my rocking chair have gotten reacquainted so I figured I'd do a little post in the meantime.

As yucky as the weather is

(usually these days call for a good book or show &not much else)

I am feeling strangely productive. :D

A kind of "lazy-planning-not active" kind of productive.

So sitting in my mommy chair I've managed a few things.

Made a baby names list.

Not because I'm expecting but because I want another &I'm a girl/Mom,

&every now &then we just do that. I feel I should be prepared just in case. :P

No I will not be sharing it. :)

Am revisiting the idea of this baking business I've been scheming for months.

I never said so but the idea drifted off for a bit, mostly because reality says

I can't just start a business tomorrow &things be all peachy.

Which I guess was sorta how I was picturing it. :/

-I found the old logo idea I had saved away to create one day,

need to get on with starting/finishing making it.

-I got one of those iPhone cube things (Amanda says it's called a Square)

-I am planning on FINALLY breaking in my bread maker that Hubby got me what seems ages ago(I never used it after I whined and whined for one) :(

-Need to continue testing recipes for any kind of menu at this point.=DUH

Realizing how much I'm starting to hate networking sites, yet unable to quit logging in. :(

It's really a sad fact.

I log in just to scroll a little bit and like a little bit, learn nothing and

not even properly->waste time.

But I can't help doing it. OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Realized the other day that if I deleted the FB app off my phone I would probably not even log in anymore. Or at least be less inclined to. Too lazy to use the browser for FB.

Stupid Facebook..

As timing would have it David's waking up so will post more later. Maybe. :)

Easter is here! (PART3)

Our Easter was so busy visiting family, by the time we got home David was passed out &we didn't get to do his basket from Mommy &Daddy so here's just a few pics of him getting into it. :)

 Hands down the bunny was his favorite!
